folklore legend has it that joey juice used to actually be made, and it was the best juice in all of the lands…

however, the king of these lands had been married to one of the most beautiful princesses in the kingdom, not to mention her family was one of the richest…

they got their wealth from owning all the local markets, but were having trouble with sales because nobody was buying ales, wines, spirits or juices…

one day the king asked his servant to fetch him an ale, but the servant grabbed his own drink by mistake and handed it to the king…

gulp by gulp, the king downed his drink in seconds before gasping to his servant and begging him to fetch more…

the frightened servant told his king there was no more and he had mistakenly given him the wrong drink…

the king told the servant he would be forgiven if he could bring more of this drink to the palace, so off the servant went…

there was only one place he could go to get this rare juice, and it was on the beach where the kangaroos lived…

once at the beach, the servant asked if anyone had seen joey but all are oblivious to anything other than the baby kangaroos bouncing in and out of their mother’s pouches…

after hours of walking the beach the servant is approached by a kangaroo, but it talks, and it asks how much is needed…

the servant explains the king needs plenty supply at the palace, but suddenly the kangaroo spins around and bounces into the distance…

the servant returned to the palace in dismay, confident he will be exiled from the kingdom at once…

until he walked through the gates…

stacks of the juice were piled high in the palace courtyard and the king was running around, dancing, and drinking…

the kingdom erupted into a festival and all the people danced and sang until the sun came up the next day…

yet not all were happy…

the queen and her family quickly realized that this drink did not come from their markets and labeled it an illegal substance…

the king reluctantly agreed to the new laws and banned the juice forever…

the kangaroos still live on the beach to this day, yet no kangaroo has talked since the ban on joey juice…

will it return, will the kangaroos speak again, we may never know…

everything we do is for the people and/or the kangaroos…don’t get it twisted
